today was the 1st day of attachment field.n so, i was at kirkwood child care for 3 hrs frm 9am-12noon. i choose to work with the 1year old. boy!! were they cute! hehe! they were all very loving to one another n tts really sweet to see. most of the time i was observing how the teacher speak and teach the children and i was really impressed. i mean, i see some frm singapore, and they are all so "fierce". the teachers in singapore dont usually talk politely to the children like how they practice here in Kirkwood. Something tt im going to bring in to my class later on when im on attachment! =) they're very messy and cute! what can u expect frm a one yr old ryte? they are just born to be cute! hehe!! n they listen well. i love tt. i mean sometimes, u have to call a child like a thousand times before he wld turn to look at you. but, i just have to call a child once or to the most twice and he'll be looking at me. =) how sweet is tt? hehe!! yup, only a few more days before i have to say goodbye to this beautiful trip! i missssss all of u ere in singapore,but, i like it here... *darn! anw, i cnt wait to show u guys the photos... so here are some of it. there's plenty more where tt came frm. n i mean PLENTY!!! hahaha!! =)  (this was during our visits to the diff child care tt they have in Cedar Rapids. Singapore n Aussie team!- those chinese frens of mine are frm aussie too! =))  (tt caramel on apples!!!!!!!!!! its effing gd!!!!! we were at a Carnival!) .jpg) (i safe tt bug frm drowning! hahahaha!!!)  (at tt carnival, there was tons n tons of pumpkins! halloween feeling!)  (we were on a cruise down mississipi river!!!! super cool!) the weather here now is super di-duper windy!!!! brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!! lots of love!, eM! |
