carpe diem!!!! today i went to Carpe Diem ( its a child care) =) well, they are having this " Sounds of Music" performance for the graduating K2 children.. so, they needed some volunteers and i was picked!!! best!! we needed to be there by 10,another 3 of my friends and i are in charge of the decorations.. bt sumhow we also got caught helping out with the nursery and it was FUN!! the toddlers and nurseries are sooooo cute!! ouh gosh! they will surely need time to open up to you, bt after that..... =)) we went to have breakfast together in which i didnt cos i was busy feeding this child.. he's freaking cute, he took sooo long to eat! hehe.. aft that we help to get them dress b4 we make our way to help with the decoration over at Nanyang Girls sch.. after we have done that, my friend n i was sent to Newton to pick some parents up.. then TADA the performance is starting!! so we help to control the children, and help dress them up! i love it when u carry them and they snuggle at you.. aWww! or when they laugh and enjoy your company! the teachers there are sweet, they even call us teachers! =) i had this close bonding with this child, and i miss him alrdy! =)) i had a fun day, even tho it was tiring having to chase them all around! hehe |
